Introduction

As an integrative counsellor, I work with a wide range of clients of all age ranges who strive to develop a greater understanding of themselves and the challenges they face. The integrative approach allows me to adapt the support to meet individuals needs

My experience

I have worked across many areas including working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, OCD, low self esteem and behavioural challenges. I have vast experience in education and the challenges faced by young people in this setting, the impacts these challenges have and in working with individuals to minimise the impacts of adversity.  In addition I am able to work with families and couples who want to focus on communication to move forward in their relationships, including grief and relationship loss. I believe that no matter what age or challenge we are faced with therapy can offer a way forward.

I offer a range of services that are tailored to the individuals needs, you are at the heart of all we do in the therapy room, be that remote or face to face. To enrich my counselling I am also able to offer EMDR and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

In addition to my counselling qualifications I have also achieved BSL qualifications, Safeguarding training and have experience in working with ASD, ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia, Trauma informed practice and Mindfulness.
