Introduction
I am a psychologist and integrative psychotherapist, a member of BACP (the British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy). I follow the BACP code of ethics and subject my work to regular supervision by certified supervisors.
My experience
I have gained my professional experience so far at the "Feniks" Mental Health Center in Katowice and at the Silesian Center for Integrative Psychotherapy. Currently, for several years I have been working as a psychotherapist at the Therapy Center in Birmingham.
My education
I graduated from psychology at the University of Strathclyde and postgraduate (Masters) at the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
I work in an integrative approach that draws from various trends, incl. psychodynamic, systemic, eriksonian, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, gestalt and body work. I learn and use the various techniques and methods available to be able to help patients with different needs in the shortest possible time.

Additional information
Everything we are looking for is deep in us. Psychotherapy is a process that helps us reach the source of who we are, why we suffer, and how we can learn to enjoy life and relationships with people close to us. Making a decision about psychotherapy requires courage and determination. Most often we are prompted to do so by finding ourselves in a situation where we do not see the way forward, we feel trapped - powerless, sad, angry. The adversity and pain we experience are paradoxically helpful to take this first step towards change.
