Additional information

There are several contrasting approaches in the field of therapy. I integrate ideas from most of them. But what I value more than any theory or technique is the ability to provide my clients with a reliable, meaningful, supportive, and ethically confidential relationship through honest dialogue.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues and see each client as a unique person. I understand how difficult it is to talk about your deepest concerns, but it is often liberating. Therapy is about you - your decisions and choices, sometimes those that previously seemed impossible.
